	Cancellation & refund rules: High season 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel with administrative charges however service charge of US$10 applies. 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30- last 10 days from the date of travel with no administrative charges however service charge of US$10 applies. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 10- last 3days from the date of travel with no administrative charges however service charge of US$10 applies. Refund not permitted for tickets cancelled less than 03 days from date of travel. Low season: 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 03days from the date of travel after deducting the cancellation charge of USD25 or BTN1200 and service charge of US$10. 2.	EXCURSION FARES
	For fully unutilized tickets, refund charges apply as below: 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel however service charge of US$10 applies. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled within 30-10 days from the date of travel however service charge of US$10 applies. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled prior to 3 days from the date of travell however service charge of US$10 applies
3.	BLOCK PURCHASE
	Block purchase payment. B3- we will not issue MCO but will record the money receipt. Once the payment is received we will make the booking and keep on time limit till the last 3days from the date of travel as you need to submit the final names by then. 1. Tour Conductor's Rebate B3- Applicable to all journey type i.e. one way and round trip Rebate: 50% of the applicable adult fare for tour conductor accompanying a group of more than 10 and less than 15 full fare paying passengers. One 100% free transportation for a group of more than 15 and less than 35 full fare paying passengers. Two 100% free transportation for group of more than 35 and less than 50 full fare paying passengers. Three 100% free transportation for group of more than 50 full fare paying passengers. The maximum rebate will be limited to three 100% free transportation per agent per flight. Two children paying 67% of the adult fare will be counted as one adult for the purpose of determining group size. - It is non commissionable. - No other discount available. 2. Block Purchase Block purchase will be permitted with deposit of airfare in full amount on the day of the reservation. Taxes will be collected at the time of issuance of the ticket. Reschedule of date will not be permitted for request made less than 30days from the date of travel. Reschedule of date will be permitted "once" for request made before 30days from the date of travel, after paying 10% of the airfare each and US$10 as service charge. Once reschedule is made the ticket will be non-refundable. Name change permitted with no administrative charges however service charge of US$10 applies. Shorter to longer sector permitted on the same flight after paying the difference of airfare. Longer to shorter sector permitted on the same flight with no refund on difference of airfare. Validity of the ticket should be for fixed dates only and should be shown clearly on the ticket. On cancellation of block purchase bookings, the applicable taxes will be refunded to the Tour Operator/Agent. Reroute/Refund or date change will be permitted at no charge if the schedule has been changed by Bhutan Airlines. Refund will be allowed for Block Purchase as follows: 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30days from the date of travel. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 15days from the date of travel. Refund not permitted for tickets cancelled less than 15days from the date of travel. Refund will not be applicable if block purchased on discounted fare or otherwise specified.
